Garage Guide

In the following real estate advertisement, what do the letters "AMA" mean?

"AMA. Looking for a home with a pool? This is it! Great family friendly home with office off entrance. Kitchen with wood floors, SS, breakfast bar, vaulted ceiling & sep dinette w/bay window. The FR has built in shelving and bricked FP. DR with crown molding, chair rail & tray ceiling. Updated MB with gorgeous double vanities, block glass, skylight and heated flooring. Finished LL with plenty of space for family gatherings w/surround sound. W/up attic in garage for lots of storage." These letters (always in all caps) appear frequently in local real estate ads. We've asked several realtors in the Omaha area, where the above ad was posted. They claim not to know; we think they know, but they won't tell us.

  1. The only thing I can think of is that maybe the listing agent belongs to the American Marketing Association. I'm a realtor in Ohio and that's the best I can think of. I've seen them linked to other real estate boards around the country.
